A traditional style of yoga suitable for all ages and abilities. Come along to improve your flexibility, balance and general well being. Call Mags with queries or to book a place 07835 923158 or 01833 348350 (code needed). Sessions are £6.00  10.00 - 11.00 am.

'Keep on Moving'

Tuesday 11am - 12am

An exercise class for over 60's focusing on improving mobility, balance, strength & co-ordination, with seated and standing routines to music. £4 per class.
